Geza Laqueur

Geza Laqueur has a diverse work experience, with a strong focus on business strategy and management. Geza started as a Trainee at the European Commission Delegation in 2008, followed by a role as a Trainee at Weber Shandwick. In 2009, they joined TwynstraGudde as a Change Management Consultant, working on various projects involving project management and organizational culture analysis.

In 2012, Geza joined NN Group as a Corporate Strategist, where they played a key role in preparing the company for an initial public offering. Geza led workstreams in the central IPO program and was responsible for crafting selected chapters of the IPO storyline embedded in the prospectus.

Geza continued their journey at NN Group, taking up roles such as Chief of Staff for the CEO of NN Life and Senior Manager in strategy, customer experience, and social business. Geza also served as the Head of Individual Life New Business, responsible for business development and the management of annuity portfolios.

In 2014, Geza became the Head of Integration Management Office NN Life at Nationale-Nederlanden. Geza led the overall business alignment and implementation of NN Life's acquisition of Abn Amro Life Insurance. Geza also managed stakeholders and ensured DNB approval for the acquisition.

Currently, Geza is the Head of Sustainability in the Business Taskforce at NN Group. Geza is responsible for accelerating NN Group's sustainability and ESG transformation, implementing new regulations, and embedding sustainability aspects throughout the organization. Geza also focuses on designing product and services strategies to include sustainability and developing a learning and development approach for management and employees.

- In 2023-2025, Geza obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from INSEAD.

- In 2023, Geza completed an Executive Education program in Leading Sustainable Business Transformation from IMD, with a focus on Sustainability Studies.

- In 2021-2022, Geza received a Certificate from INSEAD for completing the Fintech Program.

- In 2017, Geza attended a program at Growth Tribe.

- In 2016, Geza attended THNK School of Leadership.

- In 2012, Geza obtained a Change Management degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam).

- In 2007-2008, Geza earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in European Public Affairs from Maastricht University.
