Sherri Kroonenberg

Sherri Kroonenberg has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Sherri is currently the Executive Director at No Barriers USA, where they focus on empowering individuals to overcome barriers and live meaningful lives. Sherri also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at No Barriers USA.

Prior to their role at No Barriers USA, Sherri worked as a Business Consultant at Great Dane Group, LLC, providing organizational consulting and coaching services.

Before that, they were a Strategic Advisor at Starting from Scratch, a non-profit organization that empowers adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by teaching them essential skills in the kitchen.

Sherri also has experience in the youth development sector, having served as the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Program Officer at Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver. Their responsibilities included strategic planning, program design, and leadership for multiple clubs and thousands of children.

Earlier in their career, they held various leadership roles at Fidelity Investments, serving as a National General Manager & Senior Vice President and later as a General Manager & Senior Vice President. Sherri played a significant role in the launch and growth of the Denver site and oversaw client service, sales support, and retirement and managed account services.

Sherri's tenure at Charles Schwab included positions such as Senior Vice President of Mutual Fund Custody & Operations and Senior Vice President of Client Service & Support, where they led large organizations responsible for trading, clearing, operations, and service delivery.

Sherri began their career at Citi Group, where they held multiple roles in call center operations and service & operations management.

Sherri Kroonenberg began their education journey in 1982 at Metropolitan State University of Denver, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management. Sherri successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 1986. Continuing their educational pursuits, Sherri enrolled at the University of Denver in the same year, undertaking an MBA program specializing in Management. Their time at the University of Denver lasted from 1986 to 1987, culminating in the attainment of their MBA degree.
