Keng Chen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Keng started their career as a Business Intelligence Analyst at OneSteel in 2009. Keng then moved on to work as a Learning Management System Administrator at Macquarie University, where they managed the Blackboard Learning Management System. Keng Chen joined Oracle in 2011 as a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant, where they played a key role in product evangelism and development for various solutions. After that, they founded a VR development studio called a trifle odd, which focused exclusively on virtual reality experiences. Keng Chen also worked at DB Results as a Lead Consultant, where they led high-performing teams for digital transformations and advised clients on strategic initiatives. Keng later worked as an Agile Coach at Bain & Company and as a Consultant in Financial Crimes at Commonwealth Bank. Keng Chen then joined No Moss Co, first as the Director of the Agility Practice and later as a Consultant, providing consulting services to clients such as Globe Telecom and Lifeline Australia.
Keng Chen studied E-Business with a focus on IT/Management at Macquarie University. In addition, Keng has obtained various certifications including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from Project Management Institute, and Professional Agile Leadership, Professional Scrum Master I and II, Professional Scrum Product Owner I, Professional Scrum with Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agilist 4.5, and Scaled Professional Scrum from Scrum.org.
