Taher Ahmed

Software Engineering Manager at Nobl

Taher Ahmed has had a diverse work experience since 2017. Taher began their career as a Tutor for the UNL Athletics Department in 2017. Taher then became a Teaching Assistant for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in the same year, helping professors teach Software Engineering I, Computer Science I and Computer Science II courses, as well as developing assignments and labs. In 2018, they were a Web Development Intern for Nobl, where they developed and improved software using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, managed and read hourly data on MySQL databases, and designed custom REST API built in Phalcon. In 2019, they were a Mentor for the Mid-America Transportation Center, mentoring and supervising K-12 students in STEM activities, as well as developing programming and electronics activities for the program. Taher returned to Nobl in 2020, where they currently work as a Software Engineer.

Taher Ahmed attended STEM Egypt High School from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained their high school degree. Taher then went on to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering.
