Karyn Boxwell

Karyn Boxwell, GSP, ASHM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marine compliance, health, environment, and safety (HES) within the maritime and oil and gas industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Marine Compliance and Company Security Officer at Noble Corporation since April 2021, Karyn previously held roles at Pacific Drilling and PENTA Consortium, among others. A notable career with the United States Coast Guard from 1993 to 2014 included progressively responsible positions focusing on maritime safety, navigation, and health programs. Karyn holds a Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Murray State University and has completed numerous certifications and education programs, further enhancing expertise in safety management.
