Kaushik Kalyan

Kaushik Kalyan has been working in the quality engineering field since 2017. In 2017, they were a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Caterpillar Inc., where they were part of a team that developed a new solution for an operator-friendly cabin. In 2018, they were a Quality Engineering Intern at Component Plastics, Inc., where they worked to improve the nature of the shop floor by implementing 6S and improving the plant layout. In 2019, they were a Quality Engineer 3 at Flex, where they were a core team member of the Quality Engineering Department and devised and managed the Quality Control systems for a multi-million-dollar high speed automation line. In 2022, they were a Senior Quality Engineer at both Nodexus Inc. and Truepill, where they worked with leading Diagnostic health brands for third party assembly/manufacturing and developed and managed QMS for convenience kit manufacturing.

Kaushik Kalyan received a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University between 2012 and 2016. Kaushik then went on to earn a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago between 2016 and 2018.
