Katrin Andrä

Katrin Andrä is a partner at Noerr in the Berlin office, where they advise clients on M&A transactions, reorganizations, and joint ventures, with a focus on regulated industries such as energy and infrastructure. They have supported significant projects, including advising on the acquisition of Shell's stake in the PCK refinery and the draft coal phase-out law for the German federal government. Katrin has also served as a lecturer in corporate law and contract drafting at Technische Hochschule Wildau and gained international experience as a foreign associate at Pepper Hamilton LLP. They completed their legal education with a First State Examination at Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena and a Second State Examination in Thuringia.
