Marie Kvalsnes Nygård

Marie Kvalsnes Nygård has a diverse work experience. Marie began their career in 2015 as a Lukke- og låseansvarlig at KIWI minipris, where they were responsible for customer service, cashier duties, product placement, tidying and cleaning. Marie also received training in the security of money, prevention of theft, and handling of robberies. In 2017, they moved to Lindex Norge, where they were the Avdelingsleder and was responsible for the look and quality of the store, product placement, sales, and customer service. In 2016, they began working as a Brukerstyrt personlig assistent at JAG Personlig assistans, providing personal assistance to a user with a disability, including daily activities, personal care, and other health needs. In 2020, they started working as a Pleie- og omsorgsassistent at Molde kommune. In 2021, they began a Praksisstudent role at Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune, working with a classmate on tasks related to the merger of Fagskolen in Kristiansund and Ålesund. This included creating two large surveys, developing text content for a new website, and creating advertisements. In 2022, they started working as an HR og administrasjon at Nofence.

Marie Kvalsnes Nygård completed a Bachelor's degree in Logistikk, materialer, forsyningskjede from Molde University College between 2015 and 2020. Marie is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Samfunnsendring, organisasjon og ledelse at Molde University College, which they began in 2020.
