Alexander Yi

Alexander Yi's work experience begins with their current role as a Senior Software Engineer at Noggin, where they analyze and plans improvements to the company's products and services, implements and ships improvements, and adheres to development standards and procedures.

Prior to their current position, Alexander served as a Senior Engineer and Team Lead at AskNicely, a SaaS NPS platform project with a global client base. In these roles, they contributed to the development and management of the platform and led a team of engineers.

Alexander'searliest work experience was as a Senior Research and Development Engineer of PHP at Baidu, Inc., a prominent search engine company in China, where they contributed to research and development projects.

Alexander Yi obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Technology from Northeastern University (CN) in 2005. Alexander then went on to pursue a Master of Engineering degree in Computer Application Technology from the same university, which they completed in 2008. In terms of certifications, Alexander obtained the RYA Level 2 Powerboat Handling certification from the Royal Yachting Association (RYA) in July 2019. Alexander also earned the Information Systems Professional of Canada (I.S.P.) certification from CIPS (Canada's Association of I.T. Professionals) in October 2018. Additionally, Alexander became a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS) in January 2019.
