Jeff Kelly has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. In 2015, they were the President of FrosTek, a Junior Achievement Company. In 2017, they were an Office Assistant at the St. Thomas & District Chamber of Commerce. In 2018, they were a Junior Analyst at Innovation, Science and Economic Development / Innovation, Sciences et Développement économique and a Member's Assistant at the House of Commons of Canada Chambre des communes du Canada, where they conducted background research on prevalent issues, wrote drafts of statements read in the House of Commons, and communicated with constituents. In 2019, they were a Sales and Marketing Specialist at GameStrat, where they developed a social media strategy to increase Twitter audience and engagement, messaged potential clients on social media, and represented GameStrat at trade fairs and other networking events. Currently, they are a Strategic Customer Success Manager, Enterprise Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Manager at Noibu.

Jeff Kelly attended the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Management.
