People Operations Specialist at Noibu

Karina Katsepontes has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Karina began their career in 2016 as a Server at Bâton Rouge | Steakhouse & Bar, where they worked until 2018. In 2019, they joined Chop Steakhouse & Bar as a Server and continued in this role until their next career move. Karina then worked at Transport Canada - Transports Canada, starting in 2018 as an Administrative Assistant and later transitioning to the role of Project Support Officer - Transformation Portfolio Office. In 2020, they briefly worked as an Educator at lululemon. In 2022, Karina joined the Department of National Defence as a Human Resource Coordinator and remained there until 2023. Currently, they are employed at Noibu as a People Operations Specialist.
