Shirley Xiang

Shirley Xiang, PMP, MBA, is a seasoned senior program manager at Nokia since June 2011, following a role as senior core engineer. Prior experience includes serving as a project manager at Nokia Siemens Networks from March 2006 to February 2011. Shirley Xiang holds a certificate in the Management Mini-MBA Program from The University of Texas at Dallas and a master's degree in multimedia technology from the University of Bath. An educational foundation in computer science was established with a Bachelor of Engineering from Chongqing University of Post and Telecommunications.
