Vanda Brito

Vanda Brito currently serves as the Country People Manager for Portugal and HR Director at Nokia since May 2024. Previously, Vanda was the Human Resources Director at Kelly Services from October 2009 to February 2024, where responsibilities included developing and managing HR strategy and leading a team to align HR programs with business goals. Vanda also held positions as Search & Selection Manager and Business Manager/HR Consultant at RUPEAL, focusing on recruitment in various sectors, and worked as a Consultant at Hays and in Human Resources at Banco Espírito Santo. Educational qualifications include an Executive Education program at London Business School, an Advanced Program in Human Resources from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, and a Licentiate degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Évora.
