Stephen Decastro

Stephen Decastro has over 17 years of work experience in finance and management roles. Stephen is currently the Head of Finance Americas at Nokian Tyres plc. Prior to that, they worked for Dover Corporation as a Senior Finance Director from 2015 to 2018. Before joining Dover Corporation, Stephen spent several years at Procter & Gamble, where they held various senior managerial positions in finance and competitive intelligence. Stephen served as the Senior Manager for Global IT Finance, Global Fabric & Home Care Competitive Intelligence, and as the Global & North America Profit Forecaster for P&G Professional. Stephen also worked as the North America Cost Forecaster and the North America MDO Sales Finance Manager. Stephen began their career at Procter & Gamble as a Finance Analyst.

Stephen Decastro earned a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and History from Wake Forest University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Stephen further pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance & Marketing at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2004 to 2006.
