Claire Nichol

Claire Nichol has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Claire is currently working at Nomad Foods as an Interim Change Lead - Finance Target Operating Model (SSC). Prior to this role, they worked at ConvaTec as an Interim HR Lead - Business Transformation (Finance GBS) from 2019 to 2022. From 2017 to 2019, Claire was the Director of HR Services EMEA at IHS Market. Claire also worked at Merck Group, where they held various roles including HR Project Lead - M&A, UK Lead - HR Shared Services Transformation, and Head of Reward & HR Services. Earlier in their career, they worked at Healthcare Business of Merck, Sanofi, Pfizer, Coats plc, Samsung Semiconductor Europe, and JCDecaux in different HR positions.
