Guilherme Pacheco has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Guilherme started their career in 2006 as a Network and Servers Administrator at Centro Universitário Adventista de São Paulo, where they were responsible for security policy governance, management, monitoring, and various IT tasks. In 2008, they worked as a Security Compliance Advisor at IBM.

In 2010, Pacheco joined APSo - Associação Paulista Sudoeste da IASD as a System Analyst, where they handled network and server administration, including Windows Servers, SQL Servers, PABX, and network storage. Guilherme also provided consulting services and managed equipment purchases.

As a CTO, their responsibilities included technology strategy, product refinement, software architecture, technical consultations, and management processes. Guilherme also worked with various Google Cloud Platform services and software development using TypeScript, ReactJS, and NestJS.

In 2023, Pacheco became a Senior Software Engineer at Nomad.

Guilherme Pacheco completed their education in a chronological order. Guilherme first attended Centro Educacional Adventista de Taguatinga from 2001 to 2004, where they completed their high school education. After that, from 2004 to 2008, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in System Information at Centro Universitário Adventista de São Paulo. Finally, from 2015 to 2016, they attended IGTI and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Software Architect.
