Ilse Manner

Ilse Manner has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Ilse currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at Nomentia since August 2020. Prior to this, they were an Advisory Board Member at Heltti from May 2019 to December 2021. Ilse has also worked as the Human Processes Director at Roima Intelligence from August 2018 to August 2020, where they were responsible for implementing and developing strategic HR processes. Ilse served as the Director of People and Culture at Avaus from February 2017 to July 2018, focusing on creating world-class HR. Additionally, Ilse has been involved in multiple projects and companies as a co-design coach, group facilitator, and participatory leadership professional. Ilse has also worked as a business and leadership mentor and held various roles in organizations like Suomen Bisnesterapeutit, Pro Bono, Agenssi Oy, Tiistai-klubi, and Zeeland.

Ilse Manner's education history includes a Master of Social Sciences degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Eastern Finland, obtained from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, they studied Political Science and Government at Stockholm University from 1995 to 1997. In 2023, they enrolled in the University of Helsinki to pursue a Teacher in Adult Education degree with a focus on Pedagogical studies.
