Nomi Health was founded in 2019 as a direct healthcare company with a simple yet bold mission: rebuild the healthcare system so it is accessible and affordable for everyone. We are rebuilding the healthcare system by cutting costs, confusion, and complexity through direct contracts and payment with providers, deep data dives, and convenient patient care.

We are seeking a passionate Sr. Marketing Manager to join our team! You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies, with a focus on channel marketing for both healthcare providers and patients. You will have the chance to lead and innovate, driving initiatives that directly impact the accessibility and quality of medical care.

How you will make an impact

  • Develop and execute comprehensive channel marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage healthcare providers and patients.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and operations to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Lead the creation of marketing collateral, campaigns, and materials tailored to specific healthcare channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers, industry partners, and marketing vendors.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing events, conferences, and webinars to promote Nomi Health's solutions and initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making, measuring and optimizing the performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Mentor and coach junior members of the marketing team, fostering their growth and development within the organization.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and regulatory changes to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on channel marketing in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, preferably in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems, including knowledge of healthcare providers, payers, and patients.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms; experience with marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a collaborative and inclusive approach to teamwork.
  • Passion for fixing healthcare and driving meaningful change in the industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment, adapting quickly to new challenges and opportunities.
