Sidney Smith

Sidney (Sid) Smith is a Founding Partner at non sibi ventures, a venture fund investing in startups led by underrepresented founders. They also serve as the President of SRS Counsel PLLC, providing virtual general counsel services to investors and emerging growth companies. As a Co-Founder of Discourse Analytics, they provide predictive insights to empower higher education and financial services institutions. With a background in corporate and securities law, they have extensive experience in venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic transactions. Sidney also has a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.A. in English from Yale University.
