Daniel Gwartz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Daniel is currently working as the Business Unit Head for Biscotti at Nonni's Foods LLC since 2022. Prior to that, they were the President and Consultant at Gwartz International from 2012 to 2022. Daniel also served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Co-Founder at Rhythm Inc., an all-natural pet food company, from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they worked as a Consultant at Horizon Group North America, Inc from 2015 to 2017. In 2010, they were the Managing Director at The Family Room Brand Consultancy. Daniel co-founded By Kids For Kids in 2003, a kids marketing and media company, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer until 2008. Daniel founded Waterbrands in 2002, a start-up marketing company that was later acquired by Cott Beverages. From 1999 to 2001, they co-founded and managed Dovetail, a wholesale antique furniture start-up. Daniel also worked at Danone as the Marketing Director for Dannon and LU Biscuits in North America from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they held various marketing positions at Kraft General Foods from 1990 to 1995, including Senior Brand Manager for Post Cereals and Brand Manager for Jell-O.

Daniel Gwartz attended the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. After that, they pursued their education at Grenoble Ecole de Management, specializing in International Business.
