Associate Consultant, Outsourcing at Nonprofit HR

Amanda Waller is an Associate Consultant for the firm’s Outsourcing division. This includes providing day-to-day application of specified HR processes, policies, procedures and documentation to fulfill spectrum of HR general project task including but not limited to benefits, payroll, time-tracking, employee events (hire, termination, leave of absence), job changes, compensation actions, HR policies, learning/training, performance management and employee relations. She finds passion in developing, designing and facilitating HR efforts that promote a positive and diverse work culture resulting in cognitive diversity; diversity in thoughts and ideas. As a 12-year HR professional, Amanda delivers exceptional and unique customer experiences to all of her nonprofit clients in order to provide quality employees, decrease turnover and increase productivity.

For the past two years Amanda worked as a Project Manager with the Army on mission essential projects that support the warfighter across Southwest Asia. She has also worked as a consultant for a diverse group of clients who utilized her experience in all areas of human resources from enhancing organizational culture, recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, employment law, starting up a HR department and all other areas of the HR lifecycle. She executes with a business development and result-oriented mindset while offering a balance of leadership, teamwork and individual expertise to help nonprofits thrive.
