Associate Consultant, Outsourcing at Nonprofit HR

As an Associate Consultant on the firm’s Outsourcing team, Stephanie provides support and assistance to various clients across the HR lifecycle. She takes pride in building strong relationships and setting clients up for success.

Stephanie has over six years of HR experience handling all aspects of the HR lifecycle. In her previous position as an HR Generalist in a distribution center, she was responsible for over 300 employees starting in the recruiting process, including payroll and termination. In her professional career, she has created processes which have aided in recruiting and retaining talent. She has taken on various projects related to onboarding and retention strategies. In her previous positions, she has been exposed to the areas of HR policies, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding and training.

She has obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Kean University and completed various trainings to earn certificates in FMLA & ADA Compliance, HR Generalist and I-9 Compliance and Remote Workforce. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and taking long walks with her two French Bulldogs. She is also fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
