Valeria Zamora

Valeria Zamora is an Associate Consultant for project-based clients. She is the point of contact for client employees and provides support in areas including benefits, payroll, employee events, HR Policies, drafting employee correspondence and much more. Valeria acts as a key consultant in order to handle the client’s day to day HR duties and projects.

For the past six years, Valeria has worked in the hospitality as well as the food and beverage industry. Her experience involves a full spectrum of HR services including but not limited to payroll, employee relations, recruiting, benefits, new hire on-boarding and orientation, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, and EEO compliance. One of her main focuses is to establish strong relationships with her clients to provide an excellent service to their industry.

Valeria has a master’s degree in Business Management from Paris School of Business as well as certifications in Essentials of HR Law, Behavior Based Interviews and Progressive Discipline Training. Valeria continues to learn and expand her knowledge by preparing to become PHR Certified in 2022. In her free time, Valeria enjoys going to Zumba classes and is honing her culinary abilities by preparing allergy-friendly baked goods.
