William Knopf

William Knopf has over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry, holding various management roles at well-known establishments. William started their career at Hillstone Restaurant Group in 1995, where they worked as a Senior Assistant and Restaurant Manager until 1999. William then joined EspnZone as the Manager of New Openings and Restaurant Manager until 2002. After that, they joined Potbelly Sandwich Works as the Director of Store Openings for three years. In 2005, they joined Chipotle Mexican Grill as the Manager of New Openings and Regional Training Manager until 2009. William currently holds the position of Vice President of Ops Services at Noodles & Company since 2009.

William Knopf attended Miami University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational Behavior Studies.
