Judy Foreman is an accomplished freelance lifestyle journalist and public relations consultant with extensive experience in the retail lifestyle industry. Currently serving as a freelance lifestyle columnist for Noozhawk and a contributing Style Editor for Santa Barbara SEASONS Magazine since June 2014, Judy has also operated as the President and CEO of In the Loop Productions since January 2013. With a career that began in 1989 as the President of Coast Village Road Associates LLC, a retail shopping center owner in Montecito, California, Judy has built a reputable presence in local journalism and public relations consulting. Judy holds a Bachelor's degree in Modern European History from the University of Illinois, where education was pursued from 1967 to 1971.
