Julia Encinias

Julia Encinias has a diverse work experience. Julia currently works as the Head Volleyball Coach at NORCO Volleyball, where they plan and organizes practices for a team of 9-10 girls and develops their volleyball, communication, and team-building skills. Previously, they served as the Team Lead Manager for Volleyball at Colorado State University, where they assisted a team of four in planning and organizing large events and modified data projects using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Julia also gained international experience as a Student Participant with the CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange, learning about the biomedical industry in Europe and gaining insight into Portugal's culture. Julia has also worked as a Manufacturing Intern at Medtronic, where they manufactured products, collaborated on developing training materials, and advocated for networking opportunities. Additionally, they participated in the Clinical Immersion Program at the MEDICAL CENTER OF THE ROCKIES, where they shadowed hospital personnel and collaborated on identifying issues in medical procedures. Julia also has experience as a Math & Literacy Tutor at BAUDER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PTO and another Manufacturing Internship at Medtronic, where they proposed assembly line process improvements to professionals in the field.
