Esa Leppanen has extensive work experience in customer success management, IT services, and project delivery. Esa is currently working at Nordcloud, an IBM Company, as the Regional Lead of Customer Success Management. Prior to that, they held the position of Customer Success Manager at the same company. Before joining Nordcloud, Esa worked at Outokumpu as the IT Services Lead - Integrations, where they were responsible for integration and DevOps service development. Esa also worked on global data archiving solutions. Prior to Outokumpu, Esa worked at HiQ Finland as a Senior Service Manager and Service Manager, focusing on project delivery and process implementation in various industries. Esa also gained experience at Tata Consultancy Services as a Team Lead, Project Manager, and Service Manager, specializing in application integration and implementation of ITIL processes. Esa's early career includes roles at Nokia Oyj, where they held positions such as Quality & Transition Manager, Senior Transition Manager, Production Manager, Senior Specialist & Change Manager, Application Specialist, Administrator for Windows Networking Service, and Specialist. Esa'sresponsibilities included production management, service development, change management, and implementation of ITIL processes.

Esa Leppanen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Turku University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from Polytechnic Turku from 1999 to 2004. Esa also attended Mikkeli Regional Education and Training Consortium in 1996 to 1997 to study Computer Mechanic. Additionally, Esa Leppanen attended Vocational School of Joensuu from 1986 to 1989, specializing in Radio- and TV Engineering. Esa has obtained numerous certifications, including the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals in 2021 and Migration Ambassador Foundations (Business) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022.
