Piotr Rogala

Piotr Rogala has a diverse work experience in the field of cloud computing, infrastructure, and teaching. Piotr is currently working as an Engineering Practice Lead at Nordcloud, an IBM Company, where they coordinate and develops engineering teams related to Microsoft Azure solutions. Piotr has also served as a Senior Azure Cloud Architect Lead at Nordcloud.

In addition, Piotr is the Leader of the Microsoft Azure User Group Poland, where they organize local meetups and workshops in Wrocław and shares their knowledge with the IT community. Piotr has also worked as a Cloud IT Specialist at JustCloud.pl as a freelancer.

Piotr has teaching experience at WSB University in Wrocław, Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki i Zarządzania "COPERNICUS", and The University of Business in Wroclaw.

Furthermore, Piotr has worked at Unit4 as a Team Lead Cloud Operations and Cloud Operation Engineer. Piotr has also served as an Advisory IT Specialist at IBM Global Services Delivery Centre Polska Sp. z o.o. and as a Microsoft Systems Administrator at Intratic.

Earlier in their career, Piotr worked as an IT Specialist at Politechnika Wrocławska.

Piotr Rogala earned a Master's degree in Project Management from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Network and System Administration/Administrator from Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki i Zarządzania Copernicus in the years 2008-2012. Additionally, Piotr possesses numerous certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Certified Trainer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
