Marissa Caparaotta

Marissa Caparaotta has held various roles throughout their work experience. Marissa is currently working at Nordic Global as the Vice President of Operations & Strategic Initiatives since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Nordic Global as the Senior Director of Operations & Strategic Initiatives from June 2021 to April 2022. Before joining Nordic Global, they were a Senior Consultant at Slalom Consulting from June 2017 to May 2021. Marissa also worked at EY as a Manager Advisory Services from May 2011 to June 2017. Prior to EY, they held the role of Community Liaison at Diamond Home Care from July 2010 to May 2011, and at Aberdeen Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center, they worked as a Business Office Community Liaison from August 2009 to July 2010.

Marissa Caparaotta attended Michigan State University where they pursued an interdisciplinary degree in social science with a focus on health studies. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the PRPC: Business Architect Essentials certification from Pegasystems in 2012. Marissa also achieved the IT Capability Maturity Framework (IT-CMF) Associate certification from the Innovation Value Institute, although the year of attainment is not specified.
