Pratyush Dave

Pratyush Dave has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Pratyush began their career in 1984 at Teledyne Analytical Instruments, working as a Senior Software Engineer until 1990. From 1996 to 1999, they served as the Manager of Software Engineering at Telco Systems, where they led a group of 12 software engineers and was responsible for managing projects and mentoring employees. In 1999, they founded N2N Software Solutions, Inc. and served as the Owner/VP of Engineering until 2003. In 2009, they joined The Boeing Company as a Manager of Software Engineering and later moved to L-3 Communications Power Paragon Division in 2010, where they became the Manager of Software and Digital Engineering. Since 2012, they have been working at Nordic Semiconductor, starting as the Director of Field Application Engineering, Americas and eventually progressing to the role of Director of Customer Application Engineering, Americas.

Pratyush Dave holds a Masters degree in Software Management from Carnegie Mellon University, obtained from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, they earned a BSEE degree in Electronics from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, from 1981 to 1984.
