Bernd Wimberg

Bernd Wimberg has a diverse range of work experience. Bernd currently works as the Global HR Director PPS (Polymer Processing Systems) at Nordson Corporation since 2023. Prior to that, they held positions at Wavin Group as the People Director Territory North West Europe, and Senior Manager People DACH & Nordics. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at HAVI as the Global HR Technology Leader and Manager of Human Resources Global Technology, Finance & HR. Bernd also worked at Munich Re (Group) as an HR Business Partner and Global Talent Acquisition & Strategy | Pipeline Management. Additionally, they worked at Odgers Berndtson as a Consultant and at Egon Zehnder as an Analyst/Associate in the Financial Services Practice Group. Bernd started their career as a Trainee/Financial Services Consultant at Siemens.

Bernd Wimberg's education history includes an apprenticeship in banking at BBS Papenburg from 2001 to 2004. Bernd then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences Emden from 2005 to 2008. In 2007, they completed a foreign semester in marketing and project finance at Kalmar University. In 2012, they attended EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht to study at the Private Finance Institute/Private Equity without obtaining a specific degree.
