Paul Rowlands

Paul Rowlands is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in bereavement support and marketing management. Currently serving as the REST Aylsham Hub Manager and Complex Bereavement Team Leader at Norfolk and Waveney Mind, Paul currently leads the Complex Bereavement Service, focusing on clients affected by suicide and the pandemic. Additionally, Paul has volunteered as a Samaritans Listener since 2012, providing confidential support and training for new volunteers. Previous marketing roles include managerial positions at various organizations, such as Fendercare Marine and Aviva plc, where Paul developed and implemented comprehensive marketing strategies. Notably, Paul co-founded the Alice Rowlands Memorial Society, raising over £50,000 for Ronald McDonald House Charities. Paul holds an HND in Business & Finance (Communications) from the University of Bedfordshire.
