Alan Martin Lucero has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Alan started their career at BI Norwegian Business School in 2012, where they served as a Lead Tutor and Research Assistant until 2014. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Infront ASA as a Product Owner, specializing in quantitative analysis, and later as Product Team Lead and Head of Innovation Labs. In 2018, they joined Norges Bank Investment Management as an Associate Trader and Developer, and later progressed to the roles of Trader/Developer and currently serves as a Quantitative Trader. Additionally, in 2021, they became an Advisory Council Member at BI Norwegian Business School.

Alan Martin Lucero has a strong educational background with various degrees and certifications. In 2020, they enrolled at the University of York and completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science, specializing in Data Analytics by 2022. Prior to this, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance and Financial Engineering at the HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne.

In 2011, Alan Martin Lucero attended the BI Norwegian Business School where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Finance in 2014.
