Ann-Kristin Engesæter

Ann-Kristin Engesæter has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to 2017. Ann-Kristin started their career as a Research Assistant at BI Norwegian Business School in September 2012 and worked there until June 2013. Following that, they took on the role of HR-medarbeider at ICA Norge AS from June 2012 to August 2013. In September 2013, they worked as a Project Consultant at Zalaris until May 2014. From June 2014 to December 2017, Engesæter served as an HR Manager at Cxense. In December 2017, they joined Norges Bank Investment Management as an HR Business Partner, where they are currently employed.

Ann-Kristin Engesæter completed their undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Oslo (UiO) from 2008 to 2011. Ann-Kristin then pursued a degree in Organizational Psychology and Leadership with a specialization in Motivational HR at BI Norwegian Business School from 2011 to 2013. In 2010, they also had a brief academic experience at the University of California, Berkeley.
