James Pickard has a diverse work experience. James started as a Summer Intern at PwC in 2011. Later, they worked at PwC as an Associate and then as a Senior Associate in the Banking and Capital Markets - Assurance division. In 2016, they joined CBRE as a Senior Analyst and progressed to become an Associate Director and later a Director in the Financial Consulting team within CBRE's Corporate Finance division. Currently, they are an Investment Associate, focusing on UK Unlisted Real Estate, at Norges Bank Investment Management.
James Pickard attended Wallington County Grammar School from 2001 to 2008, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. In 2008, they enrolled at Durham University and graduated in 2012 with a first-class honors degree in Economics. From 2010 to 2011, James studied Economics and Management at Université de la Méditerranée (Aix-Marseille II). In 2012, they started their ACA (Chartered Accountant) qualification at ICAEW, completing it in 2015. In 2017, James passed the CFA Level 1 examination from CFA Institute.
