Investment Talent Programme Trainee at Norges Bank Investment Management

Karoline Tidemand-Boyd began their work experience in 2010 as a Trade Adviser at UK Trade & Investment. In 2011, they joined Norges Bank Investment Management as an Investment Talent Programme Trainee. This four-year trainee programme included rotations within different departments at NBIM headquarters in Oslo, a secondment with UBS Investment Bank in London, and an analyst position within the Consumer Goods sector at NBIM's London offices. In 2012, they participated in UBS Investment Bank's Graduate Training Program as an Equity Research Analyst, providing research coverage for the Luxury and HPC sector. Currently, they are pursuing a sponsored MBA at Columbia Business School.

Karoline Tidemand-Boyd obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Business Management from Newcastle University, which they pursued from 2007 to 2010. Later, they attended Columbia Business School from 2015 to 2016 to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Additionally, Karoline Tidemand-Boyd has obtained certifications in FSA Financial Regulation, Financial Derivatives, and Securities from CISI - Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments.
