Jacco de Valk

Jacco de Valk is an accomplished professional in the field of Total Rewards and Compensation, currently serving as Director of Reward at Norgine since December 2022. In this role, Jacco is responsible for formulating and managing Reward strategies across all legal entities to enhance attraction and retention while ensuring cost efficiency. Prior to Norgine, Jacco was a Total Rewards Consultant for various companies, including Pollinate International LTD and Freya and Bailey, where responsibilities included conducting Total Rewards assessments and developing Reward strategies. Jacco's previous experience includes leadership roles at Element Materials Technology as Global Compensation and Benefits Director, Starbucks as Head of Total Rewards EMEA, and APM Terminals as Deputy Head of Global Rewards & Mobility. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Geography from the University of Amsterdam.
