Eric Schrack

Eric Schrack is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience across multiple roles in manufacturing and engineering. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Norsk Hydro since August 2022, Eric leads a diverse engineering team focused on production and capital expenditures. Prior to this, Eric held several managerial positions at Dana Incorporated from June 2015 to July 2022, overseeing plant engineering, maintenance, and skilled trades departments, and managing capital expenditures. Eric's earlier roles include Plant Engineer at Campbell Fittings Inc and Chief Product Engineer at Metalsa, as well as significant positions at Dana Corporation, where Eric managed multidisciplinary projects and engineering teams in the automotive industry. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, Eric brings a strong background in process and manufacturing engineering.
