Thierry Guillaume

Vice President Welded Tube Europe at Norsk Hydro

Thierry Guillaume has a diverse work experience, starting in 1990 at Norsk Hydro. Thierry worked as a Quality Manager and Manufacturing Manager before becoming a Project Manager. Thierry then joined Sapa in 2002 as a PT Process Improvement Manager. After that, they returned to Norsk Hydro and held various roles, including Technology Director for Precision Tubing, Managing Director for a new Aluminium Precision Tubing plant in Mexico, and Manufacturing Director for a Car Bumper manufacturing plant in France. In 2013, they became the Technical Manager for the HVAC&R Business at Sapa, and later the Managing Director for Welded Tubes. Currently, they are the Vice President of Welded Tube Europe at Norsk Hydro.

Thierry Guillaume completed their Master's degree in Computer Science from CentraleSupélec from 1986 to 1988. Thierry then pursued a degree in Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute (PA) between 1998 and 1999. Prior to that, they obtained their Master's degree in Electro-mechanical Engineering from Institut supérieur Industriel Arts et Métiers Pierrard, from 1982 to 1986.
