Javier pursued their studies at the Universidad de Oviedo, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Ingeniería, specializing in Ingeniero Superior de Minas, from 1999 to 2006. Following this, in 2006, they obtained a Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales from the same university.
