Sandra Rise Holstad

Sandra Rise Holstad has over 12 years of work experience. Sandra is currently employed as the Executive Vice President of People & Culture at Norsk Solar since March 2023. Prior to their current role, they worked at Hurtigruten Group, starting as an HR Administrator in February 2018 and progressing to roles such as HR Advisor, HR Manager Group, and Head of People Services until March 2023. Before joining Hurtigruten Group, they worked at Seadrill as an Executive Administrator from June 2012 to July 2013 and as an HR Advisor from July 2013 to December 2016. Sandra also worked at ALCÂNTARA&HOLSTAD International Consultancy as a Customer Relations Partner from June 2010 to May 2012 and at Mercado Global Consultoria e Pesquisa as a Project Assistant from January 2009 to June 2010.

Sandra Rise Holstad obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economy and Administration from BI Norwegian Business School, completing their studies from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued Performing Arts at Bårdar Akademiet from 2004 to 2007. In 2018, Sandra pursued an Executive Master of Management degree in Security Management and Cultural Understanding from BI Norwegian Business School, which they successfully achieved in 2021.
