Kathleen Romano

Kathleen Romano serves as the Vice President of Global Revenue Operations and M&A Integrations at Norstella since May 2022, leading commercial operations and M&A integrations across five pharmaceutical solution providers. Prior to this role, Kathleen was a Senior Program Manager at MMIT and held various positions at Hitachi Vantara, including Senior Business Program & Process Manager, where responsibilities included PMO development and guiding sales operations. With a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, Kathleen has consistently optimized processes across platforms such as Salesforce and Oracle. Kathleen co-founded Knowesys, Inc., achieving significant revenue growth, and has extensive experience in database administration from roles at mySimon and CNET Networks. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from San Jose State University.
