Rebecca Mayfield

Rebecca Mayfield has a strong background in corporate compliance and ethics. Rebecca currently serves as the Head of Global Compliance at Norstella, where they report to the General Counsel and handles various compliance issues. Rebecca is responsible for managing the compliance lifecycle, as well as risk management and ESG reporting.

Prior to their role at Norstella, Rebecca worked at Meggitt, where they held multiple positions. As the Group Director of Corporate Compliance, Ethics, and Corporate Responsibility, they were in charge of designing and implementing the compliance framework and overseeing ESG reporting. Rebecca also worked as the Group Director of Ethics and Corporate Responsibility and held various commercial management roles within the company.

Before joining Meggitt, Rebecca worked at Accenture as the Commercial and Contract Management Lead, where they played a key role in helping clients become high-performance businesses. Rebecca also worked at Ultra Electronics PMES as the Principal Commercial Officer and at Eriks as a Commercial Analyst.

Rebecca Mayfield has a strong educational background in the field of law. Rebecca completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at the University of Northampton from 2001 to 2004. Following their undergraduate studies, Rebecca pursued further legal education at BPP Law School. From 2021 to 2023, they obtained a Legal Practice Course (LPC), specializing in law. Additionally, Rebecca attended BPP Law School in 2022 and 2023 to complete the Professional Skills Course in General Legal Studies. Apart from their formal education, Rebecca obtained an Advanced Practitioner certification from the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM) in December 2018.
