Dan Westness has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Dan started their career as an Information Systems Analyst at OE Systems in 1998 and worked there until 2000. Dan then joined FES Group as a Technical Consultant in 2003. In 2004, they took on the role of Assistant Branch Manager at Charter One Bank, where they dealt with customer service and security processes. Dan worked as a Solutions Engineer at support.com from 2010 to 2012, providing remote technical support to home users. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Lead Service Technician at myHelpfulNerd, offering on-site technical support services to a diverse client base. In 2012, they joined ViSalus as a Desktop Support Supervisor, responsible for managing the organization's IT infrastructure and end-user experience. Dan also implemented new products and services, improving the efficiency of troubleshooting processes. Dan then moved to Palace Sports & Entertainment/Detroit Pistons in 2014, initially as a Systems Domain Administrator and later as an IT Manager. Currently, Dan Westness is working at North American Bancard as a Senior IT Systems Engineering Team Lead, a position they have held since 2017.
