Kelly Houghteling

Kelly Houghteling is a seasoned professional in Talent Management and Human Resources, currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at North American Bancard since January 2015. In this role, Kelly leads Learning & Development and Talent Management functions, focusing on leadership development, performance management, and DEIB strategies to enhance talent engagement and retention.
