Ral Igidiogu is a public health professional with extensive experience in community health and disease control. Currently serving as an MPH Student in Communicable Disease Control at the North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit since May 2023, Ral also works as a Community Health Ambassador at WellFort Community Health Services. Previous roles include positions in waste management with the Region of Peel, cancer support at Wellspring Chinguacousy, caregiving at Home Instead Senior Care, and microbiology at White Dove Hospital. Ral holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Brock University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science in Public Health from Ryerson University, along with a background in Social Service Work focused on immigrants and refugees, as well as advanced degrees in Public Health Parasitology and Entomology and Microbiology.
