Rick Taus

Rick Taus is an experienced IT professional with a substantial background in managing technology operations and systems across various organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Information Technology and Manager Facilities Operations at the North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit since November 2008, Rick evaluates and implements technology solutions to meet organizational requirements. Prior to this role, Rick held the position of Sr. Project Manager - Information Technology at Teleperformance, overseeing client engagements and business practice transformations. Earlier experience includes serving as a Regional Information Technology Manager at TeleTech, where Rick supported extensive user networks across multiple continents, as well as managing critical incident response teams. Rick's academic credentials include studies at Queen's University and the University of Ottawa, along with a degree in Network Engineering from Canadore College.
