William Hensley

William Hensley possesses extensive experience in tax auditing and sales support, currently serving as Revenue Tax Auditor II and Audit Selections Specialist at the North Carolina Department of Revenue since June 2014. Prior roles include Revenue Tax Auditor and a position at SARE Granite & Tile as a Salesman/Office Clerk, where responsibilities involved preparing bids and managing projects. Hensley also contributed as Assistant Site Manager for the IRS VITA/TCE Program, aiding volunteer tax preparers, and as an Accounting and Economics Tutor at UNC Asheville. Hensley holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina Asheville and an Associate of Science from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College.
