Jake Levy has a diverse range of work experience in the field of communications and broadcasting. Jake currently serves as the Director of Communications for the North Carolina Football Club. Prior to this role, they held the position of Assistant AD for Communications and Broadcasting at Grand Valley State University from 2017 to 2022. Jake also worked as the Director of Media Relations and Play-by-Play Broadcaster for the Quad Cities River Bandits, a Class-A affiliate of the Houston Astros, from 2016 to 2017. Jake has experience in live event announcing as well, having worked as an announcer for the Harlem Globetrotters from 2014 to 2017. Jake also served as an Athletics Broadcasting and Media Relations Graduate Assistant at Wingate University from 2014 to 2016, where they played a key role in securing an exclusive streaming agreement with ESPN3. In addition, Jake has worked as a broadcaster and director of media relations for the North Adams SteepleCats in 2015, as well as a freelance play-by-play announcer for The Madison Square Garden Company from 2012 to 2014. Jake has also held various media relations and broadcasting roles with minor league baseball teams such as the Lynchburg Hillcats, Camden Riversharks, and Gamecock athletics. Overall, Jake Levy has extensive experience in communications, broadcasting, and media relations in both collegiate and professional sports settings.

Jake Levy obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of South Carolina, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management at Wingate University, from 2014 to 2016.

History was made yet again on January 9, 2017 when North Carolina Football Club announced it had acquired the rights to National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) 2016 Champion Western New York Flash and renamed the team North Carolina Courage. WHO WE ARE: North Carolina FC, our men's professional team, plays in the United Soccer League (USL). North Carolina Courage, our women's professional team, plays in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). All home games are held at WakeMed Soccer Park.
