Melissa Hylton

Melissa Hylton, MBA, CTP, serves as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager and Corporate Treasury and Finance Manager at Tanger Outlets since March 2017. In addition, Melissa holds the position of President at the North Carolina Treasury Management Association (NCTMA) since September 2019, where leadership involves fostering engagement among Treasury and Finance professionals. Previous experience includes roles at Carolina Bank, where responsibilities spanned Credit Administration and Wholesale/Loan Operations, as well as positions at Truliant Federal Credit Union and Family Harvest Outreach. Melissa Hylton obtained a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Guilford College.
